Items Forbidden for Transport by FedEx
- Shpments to APO / FPO addresses
- COD shipments
- Corpses, cremated or disinterred remains
- Explosives
- Firearms, weaponry and their parts
- Foodstuffs and perishables (requiring refrigeration or environmental control)
- Gambling devices and lottery tickets
- Live animals and plants
- Coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds, and cash letters.
- Pornography
- Shipments being processed under Carnets, Drawback Claims
- Wet ice (frozen water), unless packaging has been pre-approved by FedEx testing and design laboratory prior to shipping.
- Taxidermy (dead animals that have been stuffed or preserved)
ADDITIONALLY: Any shipment likely to cause damage or delay to equipment, personnel, or other shipments; any shipment which may require the carrier to obtain a license for its transportation; and any items whose carriage is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation of the origin, destination, or transit country.
