Note on Return Shipments from Bulgaria
Return of inbound shipments is similar to the process of inbound clearance. An Official Request for Customs for Direct transition must be filled out and should be accompanied by official statements from the shipper and the recipient, stating their agreement for the returning of the shipment.
A Power of Attorney should be provided by consignee.
An approval of the Request should be waited before returning.
The procedure of Rerouting of sipments is the same.
