Export Shipping by Legal Entities
Shipments sent by legal entities (companies, organizations, etc.) with a declared value of less than 50 USD, whose contents do not require any additional permission or certification do not require export-declaration, but must be accompanied by the FedEx Air-waybill and a proforma invoice if the content of the shipment is non-document.
Customs may at their discretion hold any export shipment for further processing.
The Following documents are required for shipments with a value above 50$ other than documents in any packaging:
- Fully completed FedEx Air-waybill
- Commercial invoice (3 copies)
- Export Customs declaration
