Export Shipping by Private Persons
Shipments sent by private persons with a declared value of less than 45 EUR, whose contents do not require any additional permission or certification do not require a written request to the customs. For shipments of documents only the fully completed Airway Bill is required. For non-document shipments, a proforma invoice is required. Customs may at their discretion hold any export shipment for further processing. The following documents are required for shipments with a value above 45€.
- Fully completed FedEx Air-waybill
- Proforma Invoice [(3 copies) when value is less than 45€
- Power of Attorney
- Written request to Customs to allow the given shipment for export
